Refund policy

Mickey Bull is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or to exchange items if you have changed your mind about the purchase.

To initiate the return of items purchased through mickeybull.com online store or to report a manufacturing fault with your purchased item.

• For Returns email mickeybull@mickeybull.com stating the order number
• A return email will be sent advising the address and conditions to return the item(s)
• All item(s) for return must be in new, unworn condition just as they were shipped and inclusive of all packaging .Any or all promotional items must also be returned with the main item(s).
• Once we receive the returned items and all is in order store credit shall be provided to purchase preferred size etc.
• Returns are not accepted on any sale or clearance items and all items for return must be declared by email within 45 days of the purchase date.
• For any items that have manufacturing faults an email must be sent to mickeybull@mickeybull.com stating the order number. Description and Photos of the fault/s must be attached to the email for all item(s) nominated for fault assessment.
• Manufacturing faults in item(s) must be declared by email within 45 days of the purchase date to warrant assessment.
